In 2005, they set up their first brewery, in Borgorose, a small village located in the Valle del Salto, in the province of Rieti, on the border between Lazio and Abruzzo. Borgorose lies near to the Natural Reserve of the Duchessa Mountains, one of the most wild and spectacular mountainous area of Lazio.
